Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Packages are dispatched via La Poste Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Packages can also be sent by recorded delivery without a signature, provided their size allows it.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
Delivery times are given as an indication only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
If your items are not to your liking, you have a maximum of 14 days to return them to us.
We will then issue a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
In the event of a return, items must not have been worn, used, unsealed or damaged in any way.
The customer is liable for any damage.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
You have a maximum of 14 days to do the following:
- Send an e-mail to: email@example.com indicating your order number and the item(s) you do not wish to return.
- Return the item(s) you are not satisfied with to 100% Frenchy's head office: ER FRENCHY - 29 rue Gambetta - 33500 LIBOURNE
- Keep proof of dispatch
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will check that they are in perfect condition for resale, then send you a confirmation e-mail.
Refunds (excluding return costs) will be made to the credit card used for payment, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of your return package if all the above conditions are met (perfect resale condition, not worn, not used, not soiled, not unsealed, not damaged, with original packaging).
